Responsibilities

• Coordinating the strategic planning, development, and implementation of investment activities within the sector;
• Developing, analyzing, justifying, and establishing mechanisms for the implementation of new investment projects;
• Establishing cooperation with domestic and foreign investors, ensuring the attraction and efficient utilization of investments;
• Developing investment programs, development concepts, and project portfolios, as well as overseeing their implementation;
• Conducting monitoring and analysis of ongoing investment projects in sector enterprises and taking measures to address identified issues;
• Coordinating efforts to attract investment resources in cooperation with international financial institutions, banks, donor organizations, and strategic partners;
• Assessing project efficiency based on business plans, financial modeling, internal rate of return (IRR), and other key indicators;
• Evaluating regional and sectoral investment potential and preparing proposals for new promising directions;
• Engaging in dialogue and cooperation with relevant government authorities on issues related to investment policy and project coordination;
• Analyzing investment risks and threats, and developing and implementing measures to prevent them.
