Responsibilities

• Analyzing the financial and economic activities of industry enterprises and developing proposals based on this analysis to improve their operational efficiency;
• Reviewing the annual business plans prepared by enterprises and providing relevant recommendations;
• Forming annual and quarterly forecasts for the production of marketable products by the company’s enterprises and preparing analytical reports on the fulfillment of established indicators;
• Developing the company’s annual business plan and preparing analytical materials on the implementation of business plan indicators for submission to the Supervisory Board of the company;
• Participating in the development of the Strategy for the Development of the Chemical Industry, as well as in the creation of short-, medium-, and long-term programs for the socio-economic development of enterprises and organizations within the company’s structure;
• Coordinating the development of measures aimed at reducing production costs, lowering product cost, and saving resources;
• Conducting an analysis of price formation for the main types of products produced by industry enterprises.
