Responsibilities
Organizing the enforcement of the rule of law and legality in the legal practices of the Company;
Monitoring the compliance of draft normative-legal and other documents developed (or adopted) by the Company with current legislation, participating in legislative drafting activities, and coordinating the work of structural divisions in preparing proposals for improving legislation;
Enhancing the Company’s legal culture and legal literacy, and participating in communicating the content and significance of adopted normative-legal acts, including through modern information and communication technologies;
Managing contractual-legal and claims-related work, and ensuring the reliable protection of the Company’s property and other interests.
