Responsibilities

• Monitoring of goods and services purchased by “Oʻzkimyosanoat” JSC, including its network enterprises, through the “1C: Contract and Treasury” software to ensure compliance with legislation;
• Within three working days, review documents (requests) prepared by department staff and network enterprises for procurement, to ensure that procurement is carried out based on public procurement regulations and that market conditions were correctly studied when determining the initial prices of goods and services;
• If studying the actual market prices of goods and services purchased by network enterprises requires additional time (for example, when obtaining data from neighboring republics or foreign countries), the deadline for the study may be extended, provided that the situation is reported to the First Deputy Chairman for Finance, Transformation, and Privatization;
• Verification of the correctness and justification of documents (requests) prepared by department staff and network enterprises for procurement by compliance and other responsible personnel, followed by granting permission for procurement (or returning the documents for revision if unjustified, in violation of legal requirements, or not approved by compliance and other responsible personnel).
