Responsibilities

• Coordinating the appointment, transfer, and dismissal of managerial staff and specialists of the Company’s Executive Office, as well as employees included in the nomenclature of structural divisions;
• Systematically studying the professional competence and personal qualities of the Company’s specialists for filling vacant positions, selecting employees for positions included in the enterprise’s management nomenclature, monitoring the renewal and replenishment of the personnel reserve, and ensuring the formation of managerial staff from the approved reserve;
• Ensuring the recruitment, placement, and effective utilization of capable, young, and promising specialists in appropriate positions;
• Monitoring the proper allocation of personnel within the Company and the efficient use of their potential;
• Participating in the preparation and conduct of attestation (certification) processes, developing measures to implement the recommendations of attestation commissions, ensuring the timely conduct of regular and repeated attestations of specialists when necessary, and preparing the required documentation;
• Coordinating matters related to the training and retraining of personnel within the Executive Office and its subordinate enterprises and organizations;
• Coordinating efforts to provide industry enterprises with managerial personnel, specialists, in-demand professions, and qualified workers.
