Develop and implement targeted programs for sustainable and balanced development aimed at creating new and modernizing, technically and technologically re-equipping existing production capacities of industry enterprises;
Conduct in-depth analysis of factors affecting production costs and the cost price of products manufactured by chemical enterprises, and formulate concrete measures for their radical reduction through the introduction of modern resource- and energy-saving technologies and equipment, as well as the latest electronic information management systems;
Carry out a unified technical policy in the industry focused on further diversification of production, deeper processing of domestic mineral resource reserves, and wide adoption of modern high-tech equipment and innovative technologies, ensuring the manufacture of high-demand, high value-added, quality chemical products and technological safety at industry enterprises;
Fulfill the production program and implement measures for occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and industrial safety;
Support and stimulate scientific research, including interdisciplinary research, aimed at creating and introducing new competitive, innovative technologies and products, reducing energy and resource intensity, and lowering production costs.
