Responsibilities

• General coordination of the activities of the Board of Directors of the joint-stock company and the enterprises and organizations that are part of JSC "Uzkimyosanoat";
• Implementation of a unified technical policy aimed at modernization, reconstruction, and technical re-equipment of the chemical industry, introduction of effective resource-saving technologies, development of localization of production and components;
• Ensuring the development and implementation of medium- and long-term development programs for the industry aimed at sustainable development of the chemical sector, increasing the production of competitive products, expanding export potential, including through the establishment of production of new types of products;
• Improving the qualifications and retraining of engineering, technical, and managerial personnel equipped with modern management methods and capable of operating effectively in market conditions;
• Coordination of marketing research and determination of the current and prospective needs of agriculture for mineral fertilizers, chemical plant protection products, as well as the needs of other sectors of the economy for competitive chemical products;
• Constant monitoring of the implementation of directive documents within the structural divisions of the joint-stock company;
• Interaction with state and local authorities on all issues concerning the joint-stock company;
• Management of the preparation, selection, and placement of managerial personnel for enterprises, organizations, and the administration of the joint-stock company.
