Responsibilities

• A detailed analysis of the factors affecting the cost and expense levels of products manufactured by industry enterprises;
• Preparation of comprehensive measures aimed at reducing production and sales costs and increasing production profitability;
• Identifying the internal capabilities of enterprises, developing and implementing organizational and technical measures to save raw materials and supplies, improving technologies to reduce fuel and energy consumption, increasing labor productivity and automation, introducing optimal equipment operation methods, and reducing losses;
• Developing consolidated comprehensive measures to reduce production costs, decrease product cost, and save fuel and energy resources based on the study and analysis of enterprise activities.
