• Coordinate the operations of industrial enterprises engaged in the production of chemical products, mineral fertilizers, and other goods;
• Widely introduce modern high-tech equipment into the industry to ensure the production of high-quality chemical products that are in demand, with high added value and low energy consumption;
• Develop and implement measures aimed at ensuring the stable operation of industry enterprises and the production of mineral fertilizers and other types of chemical products in volumes required by the country’s agricultural sector;
• Conduct a thorough analysis of the production activities of industrial enterprises and develop proposals for modernization and expansion of production capacities through more efficient and rational utilization;
• Coordinate activities related to the proper use, accounting, and storage of precious metals necessary for industrial production processes;
• Ensure the rational use of fuel and energy resources through the implementation of measures for the modernization of production capacities and the renewal of morally and physically outdated technological equipment.
