Responsibilities

• To implement a unified policy aimed at improving product quality and competitiveness through the application of international standards in the fields of standardization and certification, including quality management systems;
• To organize the implementation and dissemination of existing regulatory documents in the field of standardization, maintain registration and records of standards, and develop proposals for introducing amendments to them;
• To collect, process, analyze, and systematize information from the perspective of guidelines and regulatory materials for the formalization of standards and technical regulations developed and applied in the chemical industry of the republic;
• To monitor the implementation of measures for updating and introducing standards developed in industrial enterprises;
• To coordinate activities related to organizing the implementation and dissemination of existing regulatory documents in the field of laboratory accreditation, maintaining registration and records of standards, and developing proposals for amendments to them.
