Responsibilities
- Ensuring a unified policy in the system of scientific, technical, industrial, and innovation sectors;
- Developing and organizing measures to implement innovative ideas aimed at energy and resource conservation in the chemical industry;
- Developing and implementing innovative technologies aimed at diversifying production within the economic entities of society, as well as producing high value-added products that are in demand in both domestic and international markets;
- Supporting and developing the scientific, technical, and innovation potential of economic entities within the structure of society;
- Organizing research aimed at creating production technologies for chemical products imported into the republic, based on the central laboratories of the "Tashkent Scientific-Research Institute of Chemical Technology" and enterprises, using local mineral raw material resources for deep processing.
